At the conclusion of this course, participants will:

  • Describe the physiological and neurological rationale behind specific yoga-based movements used in Yoga Rehab Method (YRM)

  • Apply breath regulation techniques that support rehab and performance goals.

  • Analyze movement patterns to determine where and how to implement YRM strategies for optimal neuromuscular engagement.

  • Demonstrate appropriate verbal and tactile cues for Yoga Rehab Method (YRM) movement sequences.

  • Lead a YRM warm-up or cool-down focused on breath, mobility, or neuromuscular reset techniques.

Jenn is an integrative practitioner with a BS in Athletic Training and MS in Rehabilitation Science. She blends 20+ years in sports medicine with evidence-based movement strategies and functional neurology.
