At the conclusion of this course, participants will:
Describe the physiological and neurological rationale behind specific yoga-based movements used in Yoga Rehab Method (YRM)
Apply breath regulation techniques that support rehab and performance goals.
Analyze movement patterns to determine where and how to implement YRM strategies for optimal neuromuscular engagement.
Demonstrate appropriate verbal and tactile cues for Yoga Rehab Method (YRM) movement sequences.
Lead a YRM warm-up or cool-down focused on breath, mobility, or neuromuscular reset techniques.
